Idaho Blue Spruce Therapeutic Grade™ Essential Oil
Idaho Blue Spruce Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil (Picea Pungens) is grown, harvested, and distilled on Young Living's farm in northern Idaho. This blue spruce contains high percentages of the plant constituents alpha-pinene and limonene which are both monoterpenes. Monoterpenes are all antibacterial, anti-viral, decongesting on mucous membranes, inhibit accumulation of toxins, especially in the liver and kidneys, and are antispasmodic. The molecule, d-limonene, has been studied for its anti-cancer properties (see the information under grapefruit essential oil). Applied topically, Blue Spruce has been known to relieve tense and stressed muscles while the woodsy aroma of this oil invigorates the senses, brings peace of mind and relaxes the body*. its aromatic influences also help open and release emotional blocks, bringing a feeling of balance and peaceful security.
The refreshing, invigorating, and strengthening properties of Idaho Blue Spruce also have a long history of use in the sauna, steam bath, and as an additive to baths or massage oils. This oil is excellent for those seeking a break from hectic daily activities, to enhance inner strength, and to calm the mind and body.
Idaho Blue Spruce can also bring relief to muscle tension, and is useful in cleansing cuts, bruises and skin irritations.

Emotional Trauma Clearing with Idaho Blue Spruce
Dr. Corinne Allen found that this oil works very well to "dislodge forgotten emotional blocks or traumas and helps resurrect them into the conscious mind where they can be resolved and dealt with." Using techniques from the book "Releasing Emotional Patterns with Essential Oils" by Carolyn Mein, DC, amazing transformations are taking place (see her book at the bottom of this page to purchase through Amazon). Trauma and unresolved emotions get locked inside the cells and if not released and transformed, can manifest in dis-ease.
"Every cancer patient I ever treated found to have trapped emotions embedded in the malignant tissues." — Dr. Bradley Nelson

Personally, I experienced a huge transformation while attending her workshop at the 2013 Young Living Convention and I highly recommend Idaho Blue Spruce essential oil to be used in combination with Clove and Sacred Frankincense to transform any kind of trauma. The phenols in clove essential oil helps to cleanse the receptor sites of the cells. The monoterpenes in Idaho Blue Spruce reprogram the cellular memory with correct information for proper cell function. The sesquiterpenes in Sacred Frankincense and Idaho Blue Spruce delete the mis-information from the DNA.
"These PMS oils [phenols, monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes] work together to bring about permanent energy clearings, sometimes instantaneously, because together they can remove the root source of some problems at the cellular level." — David Stewart, PhD (purchase his book below for detailed information on the Chemistry of Essential Oils)

If a change is not apparent within three minutes, try another oil.
